Bradley Carter
author : Bradley CarterBradley Carter grew up in Evansville, Indiana, living with his mother and a younger half-sister. His father left when he was only a baby. Bradley met him once, 2 weeks before his 9th birthday, the same day father lost his battle with lung cancer.\nFrom kindergarten through 7th grade, he was a student at a private Christian school with a small student body and a strict religious upbringing. In the 8th grade, he experienced the culture shock of switching to a public school, and later, became a free-thinker, no longer associated with a religion of any kind. \nDiagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome at age 11, he struggled in school and was unable to focus on homework and reading. Despite never being married, Bradley became a father when he was 25, and unlike his father, he became very much involved in his son Aden's life. With a new child to support, Bradley pursued a career in Emergency Medical Services as an EMT and later became a Paramedic.\nBradley has always been a fan of movies and TV shows but hated reading. Oddly enough, in 2017-2018, he wrote and self-published his first novel, “Red Flags,” which was based on his recent toxic relationship with a girl he'd known since elementary school. It was originally written as a screenplay to be submitted to random screenwriting contests, but when a friend’s husband asked to read the story, Bradley was convinced to make the story into a book.\nThe man responsible for this transformation was Justin Bridges, who holds a Master’s in English and is now one of Bradley’s editors, mentor, and friend. Since that time, Bradley no longer spends his time watching movies or television. Instead, he devotes his free time (when he's not with his son) to writing intriguing novels in both suspense and comedy genres, as well as reading books by other authors. \nAs of Winter 2019, Bradley Carter has published a handful of books such as \ View more >>Bradley Carter Book Series
